The food is hit and miss typical Boston pizza menu however every time we have gone this past winter, service has been absolutely terrible every time!

The service here is always typically decent. The food is well, Boston Pizza. It's always hit or miss. My last visit was lacklustre to say the least. The one before that was good as was the one previous to that...it's a place I usually only visit when a friend wants to go because it's not my fave. When they first came heavily to Canada, I loved it. It was something new and we hadn't had as many franchises of this sort at the time. Now, blah.
Best things:
Bandera Pizza bread, hands down. Extra cheese. (It's definitely the dip that makes these.)
Wings.
Spicy Perogy Pizza, extra cheese. (Signature pizza)
Cactus Cut Fries. (Signature and TY for introducing them to the world. Also, I hate fries, so you know, when you know.)
Giant meatballs. Giant. (Spaghetti is the biggest portion ever seen and known to man in a restaurant.)
Drinks and frozen cocktails, pretty decent. Your Caesars on the east coast are hands down the best. Only because one franchise orders Jalapeño Olives. OMG *LOVE* Every place should have these.
Worst:
Alfredo sauce.
That all their food comes from a bag. No freshness here.
Hit or miss food. No consistency. When it comes from a bag, how can this be 8-(

Took my parents for their wedding anniversary as they were down from the Yukon. Had absolutely horrible customer service they sat us right by the door in the dead of winter. I waiting for an hour for my drink to come (as they had no clean cups) but watched everyone else get their drinks. Our waitress was no where to be found until it came time to pay the bill. I have never in my life not tipped. I was so mad that night will never have Boston Pizza again!!

I love BP's and this location is just as good as the rest of them. As always, this place has a great lounge and their appetizers are amazing (try the spicy thai bites). As far as main dishes go, my favorite is definitely their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, but if you're in the mood for pizza, make sure you try their Spicy Pierogi pizza.
